The following information will help you plan ahead for days that the NCRC will be offering all-day care during scheduled no school days for the 2026-2027 school year. For those new to the program, the NCRC is a Before and After School Programs which means it runs differently than a typical daycare.
NCRC Camp Days
NCRC will be offering all-day care from 8:00AM to 4:30PM for the following scheduled no school days.
- October 26 – Teacher Work Day
- December 28-30 – Winter Break (pending need)
- January 11 – Teacher Work Day
- March 15-16 – Spring Break (pending need)
- March 26 – Teacher Work Day
If your child does not need care on these days, you will not be charged. In the event you need care on any given camp day, the flat rate per child is $37 per camp day ($28 reduced rate).
Closings
The NCRC reserves the right to cancel any camp day pending need or due to inclement weather.
When school is closed due to inclement weather, NCRC is also closed.
For those enrolled in the 2027 Summer program, there is at least one and a half weeks between the school year and the summer program and about two weeks between the summer program and the start of the new school year in which NCRC will not be open.
