Nevada Middle School Students, along with students from other area schools, recently attended the Central Iowa Middle School Expo where they experienced work based learning opportunities in agriculture, exterior construction, with stations highlighting equipment and showcasing tools.

Nevada Central 2. A 36” Narrow Gauge 2-6-0 mogul type built in 1881 by the Baldwin Locomotive Works of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Sold in 1938 to Ward Kimball. Later donated to the Orange Empire Railway Museum in Perris, California. Currently under restoration.
