Part‐time teachers are regularly contracted teachers who are employed less than 30 hours per week. Part‐time teachers are assigned responsibilities commensurate with their contracted hours by the principal and superintendent. In general, they participate in work days and in‐service days on the same basis as full‐time teachers. Part‐time teachers receive sick leave and holiday pay in the same proportion that they assigned working day is to a full day.
