The District recognizes some students require qualitative differentiated programming beyond the regular education program.  The District will identify students with special abilities and provide educational programming.

It will be the responsibility of the talented and gifted coordinator to oversee the development of a talented and gifted program.

It is the responsibility of the talented and gifted coordinator to develop a talented and gifted program based upon Iowa Administrative Code Chapter 12 requirements which provides for identifying students, for program evaluation, and for training of employees.
